Threaded-C Release 2.0: Motivation, Description, and
Rationale
This document describes a number of fixes, changes and extensions,
including possible future changes, to Threaded-C. It also briefly
describes how this new version of the language evolved from the
previous one and explains the rationale for the proposed
modifications.
