Background evaluation

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the background computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & Analysis )
	Select Analysis => Background Evaluation
	Save the file
	The file is added to the list
	Double-click on the file name in the list
	Change the visualization parameters on the bottom left panel (optional)
