Hit selection by clustering methods

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the clustering computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & Hit Selection )
	Select Hit Selection => Clustering Methods => K-Means or SASD or AICD
	Save the file
	You can open the result file using a text editor; the hits values are followed by  "*"
	You can make a hit list file using Conversion Tools => Hit List from the Hit mtx file
