Hit selection using a fixed threshold

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the hit selection computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & Hit Selection )
	Select Hit Selection => Sigma Selection (whole assay) or Sigma Selection (by plates)
	Save the file
	You can open the results file using a text editor; the hits values are followed by  "*"
	You can make a hit list file using Conversion Tools => Hit List from the Hit mtx file
