Sigma distribution

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the sigma distribution computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & Analysis )
	Select Analysis => Sigma Distribution
	Save the file
	The sigma distribution file is added to the list
	Double-click on the file name in the list
	Change the visualization parameters on the bottom left panel (optional)
	Check the filename
	Select View => Table to see the sigma values
