Hit distribution

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the hit distribution computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & Hit Selection )
	Select Analysis => Hit Distribution
	Save the file
	The hit distribution file is added to the list
	Double-click on the file name in the list
	Change the visualization parameters on the bottom left panel (optional)
