K-means partitioning

	Open an assay file
	Check the file name
	Set the k-means computation parameters ( Properties and Settings : General & K-means )
	Select Analysis => Assay K-means partitioning
	Results of the K-means analysis are shown in a message box
	Set a number of groups to partition the initial dataset
	Save the files
	The files are added to the list
	Double-click on the file names in the list
	Change the visualization parameters on the bottom left panel (optional)
